Gregory F Van Tatenhove, District Judge in Frankfort, Kentucky, is a Good Example of Where Things are Still Stuck in the Minds of Good Men

The District Judge issued an interim injunction against the vaccine mandate in respect of Federal workers in the state.

The Daily Wire states that The Lexington Herald Leader reported (my highlights):

U.S. District Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, who serves the Eastern District of Kentucky, issued the opinion and order Tuesday afternoon. It came in response to a challenge from Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who joined many other state attorneys general in challenging the mandate.

This is not a case about whether vaccines are effective. They are,” Van Tatenhove wrote. “Nor is this a case about whether the government, at some level, and in some circumstances, can require citizens to obtain vaccines. It can.

He said the case was about whether Biden could impose vaccines on the employees of government contractors.

“The question presented here is narrow,” he said. “Can the president use congressionally delegated authority to manage the federal procurement of goods and services to impose vaccines on the employees of federal contractors and subcontractors? In all likelihood, the answer to that question is no.”

“Once again, the Court is asked to wrestle with important constitutional values implicated in the midst of a pandemic that lingers,” he said. “These questions will not be finally resolved in the shadows. Instead, the consideration will continue with the benefit of full briefing and appellate review. But right now, the enforcement of the contract provisions in this case must be paused.”

The order blocks the Biden administration from enforcing the vaccine mandate for federal contractors and subcontractors in all covered contracts in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.

This neatly sums up the mindset of very many of the politicians, judges and other officials who are currently opposing Biden on the subject of the virus. It is vital that such people open their eyes fully for they are crucially important to getting this tragedy unravelled.

Firstly, the judge here feels able not only to say that the vaccines work, which is already shown to be far from the case, even if the existence of a CV19 virus is accepted. The four people said to have contracted the latest flu rebrand in Botswana were all vaccinated.

Secondly, and far more importantly, is the massive proven harm that the MRNA jabs are now known to be causing, a stark fact that has incontestably emerged, as UK ONS government metrics for the last months show that the jabs double the all-cause mortality of the under 60s. It’s a fact underlined by the quality medical research peer-reviewed but uncensored that is now available which confirms the dramatic increase of inflammation of heart tissue.

So in reality Judge Tatenhove would have done well to issue an injunction for the government and all other agencies and persons to cease delivering injectates until a full inquiry establishes the truth of matters in the public health milieu in the United States.

Injecting anyone with these things is prima facie a serious crime of violence against the person.
