I am indebted to Francis Hoar who put up this article on Twitter. I believe, with many others I think, that we are at a time, quite apart from the present fun with Mr Gates and his friends, of a great shift in consciousness – a wholly beneficial move forward for humanity. And I also believe that evil, a thread that runs, as Solzhenitsyn said, through every human heart, is scrabbling against that shift, resulting in what is increasing looking like a momentous confrontation.
